What does it mean to work in sales when your product transforms people?
Working in the commercial team at Teamcubation is much more than selling a product or service. It is about carrying a mission of transformation, both technological and human.

Every call, every meeting, every proposal I create has a clear purpose: to change the way people and companies work. Because at Teamcubation we do not just sell software or automations, we help entire teams develop real, long lasting skills.
From my role, the first thing you learn is to listen. It is not enough to show what we do. What matters is understanding what is happening on the other side. What tasks overwhelm them. What processes drain their time and energy. What keeps them from focusing. Sometimes it is something simple, like a monthly report they always prepare manually or repetitive administrative work that adds no real value. Our commercial work begins with a conversation about real problems.
This human approach changes everything. We are not selling a service, we are offering relief, clarity, efficiency and growth. We show them that they do not need to be technical and that they can learn to think with logic, structure their processes and free up their time. We open the door to a new way of working.
Selling also means educating. For many, the idea of AI for everyone sounds too technical. This is why a key part of the job is turning that doubt or lack of understanding into curiosity and confidence. We share real examples and explain that we are not offering magic but a concrete, practical methodology supported by mentorship.
The commercial process does not end when a contract is signed. It starts there. We need to support them, listen, understand their reality and adapt. When someone buys a service, they are buying cultural change, a challenge and an internal transformation.
Working in this area also means learning constantly. By staying close to the real challenges companies face, you understand in depth how AI can improve response times, reduce operational mistakes, eliminate duplicated tasks and ease administrative burdens. There is also a special sense of pride in knowing that behind every contract there is a team that will gain autonomy, develop new abilities and continue innovating on their own.
Finally, being part of the commercial team at Teamcubation means joining a group that shares values, collaboration, growth and continuous learning. It is not just about closing deals, it is about building bridges between technology and people, between today and what they can become tomorrow.
This experience is transforming me as well. I am not only selling. I am learning, growing and seeing how people can change the way they work forever.
